COMPLAINT POLICY - CONTENT REMOVAL REQUEST
We take all of your requests very seriously, especially when you request a content removal. Our support team is very dedicated and works non-stop on the removal of content that violates our Terms of Use.
We will treat your report confidentially and may only be shared anonymously with credit card processors and acquirers in cases where we are obliged to do so.
ARE YOU DEPICTED IN A CONTENT OR FOUND ANYTHING ILLEGAL? PLEASE CONTACT US
- Non-consensual production and/or distribution of your image (including but not limited to such things as: revenge porn, blackmail, exploitation)
- Content that reveals personally identifiable information (including but not limited to things as: name, (e-mail)address, phone number, IP address) or
- Otherwise abusive and/or illegal content
All requests will be reviewed and resolved within 7 business days from your initial request.
Once your request has been placed, our legal and compliance team will carefully review it and get back to you may additional details be required. Appeals to our decision will be executed promptly though the same channel.
In the event the request is valid, we will immediately remove the flagged content from our site and report it to our processing partner(s).
